1. Check the insurance premium.

       For faster premium calculation, please provide the necessary documents.

       Or provide information such as make, model, year of registration and province, additional accessories, original warranty company and approximate expiration date.

2. Once you've chosen your preferred insurance plan and premium, please submit the required documents via chat. These include: vehicle registration documents, and the owner's ID card.  For comprehensive insurance (Class 1), you'll need photos of the vehicle from all four sides and the mileage reading. Example photos can be provided, or you can schedule an appointment for our staff to take them for you.

        

        

       

3. Pay the insurance premium directly to Bangkok Insurance Company's account (which will be attached in the chat).   After payment, send the transfer confirmation slip. We will then notify you of the insurance coverage immediately.

        

       

4. Document Delivery:

        While waiting for your policy, you can provide your address and phone number so we can prepare to send the documents to you. 

        Once the policy is ready, we will scan the policy document and send it to you free of charge nationwide.   The policy document will be shipped within 24 hours of scanning. We will then provide you with the tracking number.

       

 

5. Filing a claim and requesting emergency assistance.
